Here’s what’s true about me
I’ve been fascinated with stories for as long as I can remember. I came into this world as an adopted baby, chosen and loved, and still somehow carrying the quiet belief that I was alone and that I wasn’t enough.
When there was chaos in my home, I would crawl underneath my bed, create a barricade of books, and read with a flashlight until it felt safe. Books were my escape.
It wasn't until years later, and I do mean YEARS, that I realized those stories of being alone, of not being enough, kept me in relationships, jobs, cities, and situations longer than my heart and body wanted.
When I became a coach, I heard it immediately. Clients would walk in with their stories held tight, convinced there was only one way to tell them, only one meaning to be made. They had no idea they were the author. They thought they were just the subject.
That’s the beginning of the rewrite; knowing you have a choice.
If you're somewhere in your 40s, 50s, or beyond, standing at a crossroads you didn't exactly plan for, asking Is this it? What do I actually want out of life? Who am I to say I can do that? You're in the right place.
I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to help you question the story that convinced you something was wrong in the first place.
A few things worth knowing
I left a six-figure salary behind to move to another city and perform improv for eleven years. It was the best decision I ever made.
I had a soul dog who passed away, and now I have two cats that were once my mom's and that I now proudly claim.
I believe our stories live in our bodies, not just our minds.
I love finding the person sitting alone at an event and getting into a deep conversation.
If any of this connects with you, I'd love to talk. Not a sales call. A real conversation. Let's find out if we're a fit.
